From March to November every Sunday morning we run a practical course on the farm for the identification and culinary use of edible wild herbs from the Italian flora.
The course offers a first approach to systematic botany and the knowledge required to safely pick the best herbs that can be found in nature. In practice it is a long guided walk through our fields where herbs from the Sienese and Amiata areas grow naturally, and are often to be found in many other natural environments.
Participants will also receive a special discount on the menus based on wild herbs.
